With the emphasis very much on the safety requirements of this sort of craft, Plancraft have designed the 5.85 RIB for the sportman and emergency services associated exponents, within the marine and commercial world.

This strong, stable and fast vessel is ideally suited for hard work in a demanding role, be it that of the north sea support/rescue vessel or in the field of the commercial or sports diver, whichever, she fulfils her role magnificently.

Once again based on the tried and tested Plancraft Deep 'V' hull, which when securely bonded to the moulded, slip reduced floor, gives the added strength afforded only to the monocoque constructed craft.

Sporting extra beam and increased five compartment tubes for additional stability and safety, the very latest model comes with the option of built in dive bottle holders for added security and convenience, and two man "jockey seat" helming position again giving more stowage under.
